I made some gluten-free pancakes today that I really liked. I thought maybe your family or some in co-op might be able to eat them. Here's the recipe:

1Tblsp. melted butter
1Tblsp. honey
1Cup Rice Milk
1/4c.sweet brown rice flour
1/4c.buckwheat flour
1/4c.millet flour
1/4c.pecan meal
1/2tsp.salt
1Tblsp.baking powder
